Our service is tailored for companies that do not have their own lawyers, and for large companies in need of further legal assistance. The subscription service ensures high quality legal assistance and individual approach in solving problems relevant to the company area of law.
Our legal subscription package most often includes:
1. coordination of the company activity with the European and Bulgarian legislation for the main business of the Company
2. legal analysis of all company documents, including incorporation documents, contracts, etc.; their subsequent amendment, if necessary, or upon change in legislation
3. providing legal statements in oral and written form, by e-mail and telephone, on legal issues on all areas of law
4. legal advice on contracts, drafting of contracts
5. legal advice on labor law, drafting of contracts and annexes to them; job profiles; orders for appointment, dismissal, reassignment of staff; disciplinary procedures, declarations under The Act for protection of the personal data; legal advice on The Act for health and safety at work and sub-legislative regulations and acts of The European legislation relating to this Act.
6. drafting of documents concerning the legal status of the company under the Commercial Act and the Commercial Register Act - change, amendment of articles of association, management contracts, registration of change in the circumstances of the Company
7. drafting of documents for the general meetings of members or shareholders (invitations, lists of participants, protocols), as well as document for meetings of the Board of Directors, etc
8. negotiations with clients and contractors of the Company
9. representation and protection the Company interests before administrative authorities
10. drawing up of notary invitations for voluntary execution of obligations by Company’s clients and partners.
11. preparation and conducting of litigation According to Regulation № 1 of the Supreme Bar Council legal representation in front of the court is additionally paid
