We would like to remind you of your liability for payment of annual property tax and garbage collection fee in your capacity of an owner of a Bulgarian property. To 31st Dec you must cover your liability for the current year. Many Bulgarian Municipalities are taking measures for collecting of their takings and we highly advise you to check your records if you have paid your liability for previous years and for the current 2012. Many clients of ours have already received invitations for voluntarily execution and in case they fail to transfer the due sums within the term specified, enforcement actions are taken against them. The procedure involves extra costs at your expense.
