• Establish contacts with the Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology in order to ensure that sufficient potential for operating this system is available
• Establishing contacts with the Energy Efficiency Agency at the Ministry of Energy.
• Research, evaluation, classification and recommendations for potential wind farm location
• Consultations in selecting a Municipality and potential sites on the base of the analyzed wind resource data
• Legal advice & support in establishing a Public-Private Partnership with the selected Municipality
• Checking the availability of sufficient technical area for construction of the facility
• Review of the infrastructure requirements and interconnection options
• Implementing change in the land status: from agricultural to industrial
• Assistance in the issue of the necessary permits
• Assistance in finding the right partner, and/or in representing the company in the local market place.
• Report of the debt financing from financing institutions with a view of financially sound project implementation
• Drafting and reviewing of all type of legal papers- Joint Venture Agreements, Agency representation agreements and etc


VIP Consult company is providing part of these services through partnership with selected technical consultants and engineers and in cooperation with Local Authorities.
