VIP Consult lawyers are dedicated to advancing equal justice under law by delivering free legal and social services to the most vulnerable members of our community. We are prepared to give help directly both to the poor, disabled or homeless and to charity and non-commercian organizations whose activities are aimed at socially significant targets in Bulgaria.

VIP Consult Law Firm would also support business start-ups in our country as an attractive place for investment in Europe. As part of our pro bono activity we would to bring your attention to our initiative to work closely with charities and non-profit organisations and offer them our legal assistance on legal issues which arise when establishing charitable bodies in Bulgaria.We would be also pleased to advise these bodies on property transactions and the application process for seeking tax-exemption status, as well as the specific issues which may arise in the day-to-day administration and operation of charities.

By providing pro bono legal services to low-income individuals and nonprofit organizations, we take an active role in our community and make public interest issues an integral part of our practice of law. We treat our pro bono work the same as commercial work, applying the same quality standards.
