We Would Like to Announce You the New Amendment of the Trade Register in Bulgaria

In virtue of the new Law of the Commercial Register passed by the Bulgarian government on 01.01.2008 all companies have to be reregistered in the Commercial Register within June 2008. The reregistration of companies in such a short term is imposed by the Accountancy Law. As per its requirements all legal entities shall have submitted their balance sheet and the annual financial report in front of the Commercial Register by June 2008. Regardless of the fact that your company has been established only for the purpose of buying a property in Bulgaria or it is not active, the new law regulation has to be observed. Otherwise your company will be officially liquidated.
